Artisan Belgian Liège Waffle dough
There is nothing like a freshly made Liège Waffle hot off the iron. The small pieces of pearl sugar caramelise during cooking creating tiny pockets of syrup. Our handmade dough is laced with pearl sugar and allowed to slow-rise before freezing. Once defrosted and given a second rise the waffles are light, fluffy and above all ridiculously moreish.
Real Belgian Pearl Sugar
Making a Liège Waffle means using pearl sugar. A special type of sugar drop that’s designed to caramelise and melt at high temperatures in a waffle iron. They can also be used in other baking products.
Salt beef brisket & pastrami
Made using 100% halal HMC approved Aberdeen Angus beef brisket, we slowly cure the meat to give it the best brining possible in a combination of 10 different spices. At the end of the process we have the most delicious soft salt beef brisket to eat in a New York style sandwich with pickles or enjoyed in myriad of other ways.
